Choosing a medical school

Picking a medical school can be daunting. You will be spending the next 5/6 years of your life in a new institution so a lot of thought needs to go into finding the right place for you. With a push for building five new medical schools in the UK and a need for more spaces in medicine at certain universities, the choices available are increasing.

Student Room is a great site for looking into all the medical schools that are in the UK but some of their information is a little out of date. So to make life easier for all of my A-level readers, I have decided to compile together a list of all the medical schools that you can consider when applying.

I hope you find them useful! Here is a PDF copy for your own personal use. There are still some things I have not talked about in this post such as medicine with a foundation year and graduate-entry medicine. Information of the former can be found elsewhere on my blog.
